How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to UK mainland is FREE for all of our products.

How long does delivery take?
The majority or orders are fulfilled from stock therefore most items will arrive to a UK mainland address the next working day when ordered before 1pm. Orders outside of UK mainland will vary depending on location. Items that are not held in stock and also bespoke items will state an approximate delivery time frame in the item description and will vary depending on current production volumes

Lead times explained?
Lead times stated on our website are approximations and will vary depending on current production volumes. If an item is needed urgently please contact us before placing an order.

What is the cut off for next day delivery?
Orders  for stocked items received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day and will arrive to UK mainland addresses the next working day.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! If your order is very urgent we can arrange for same day delivery for UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for a quotation.

Does my delivery need to be signed-for?
Yes, you will need to sign for the item on the day of delivery. On the Checkout page there is a "Comments" section where you can provide additional delivery instructions - for example you can instruct the driver to leave your item in a safe place or with a neighbour.

How much does it cost to ship outside of the UK mainland?
Delivery costs outside the UK mainland depend on the location and the weight of the consignment. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quotation if ordering outside of UK mainland.

• Isle of Wight - All PO Postcodes
• Northern Ireland - All BT Postcodes
• Repulic of Ireland - All Areas
• Scottish Highlands/Islands:
  AB30-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-63, KW1-17,
  PA20-78, PH18-50, HS1-9, KA27-28, ZE1-3
• All other areas outside of UK mainland
