How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to UK mainland is FREE for all of our products.
How long does delivery take?
As some of our products are stocked and some are manufactured to order please check the relevant product page on our website for delivery lead times that relate to that specific product. Delivery lead times for orders outside of UK mainland will vary depending on location. Manufactured to order and also bespoke item lead times stated on our website are an approximation and may vary depending on current production volumes.
What is the cut off for next day delivery?
In most cases, orders for stocked items received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day and will arrive to UK mainland addresses the next working day. Please check with us before ordering if an item is required urgently.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! If your order is very urgent we can arrange for same day delivery on selected items for UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for a quotation.
Does my delivery need to be signed-for?
Yes, you will need to sign for the item on the day of delivery. On the Checkout page there is a "Comments" section where you can provide additional delivery instructions - for example you can instruct the driver to leave your item in a safe place or with a neighbour.
How much does it cost to ship outside of the UK mainland?
Delivery costs outside the UK mainland depend on the location and the weight of the consignment. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quotation if ordering outside of UK mainland.
